The beauty of this job, is that you have the opportunity to really get to know a couple and their story. Michael and Holly were engaged just a few months prior to our shoot. And we went back to the scene where it all happened, where Michael asked his long-term girlfriend to be his, forever.
We started at the Fort Worth Water Gardens where Michael popped the question, then headed to the famous Stockyards for that beautiful Texas sunset I’ve come to adore every night. This April, we’ll be celebrating again with their wedding at the Lone Oak Barn in Austin.
I am forever grateful for this couple. For taking the leap in asking this Texas newbie to capture their love story…my first in this state. And hopeful will kick start many more to come! xo
